£35000 per annum + van/fuel card

We’re working with a well-established Tier 1 Contractor with a great reputation in the Telecoms industry and long-term contracts with multiple ISPs across the UK.

We are currently looking for a Supervisor with experience in MDU Installations to join the team, this role is based around Peterborough and would require you to have a full UK driving licence.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Undertaking Health and Safety checks as required – addressing areas of concern with Engineers or Client and reporting to Health & Safety team as required.
• Daily Quality checks to ensure standards are continuously met, all service related KPIs are met and, where issues with standards of work are identified, remedial action is taken or the job and Engineer performance.
• Supervise MDU Installation Crews – ensuring Engineers operate within parameters of existing systems and procedures and recommend areas for improvement.
• Cascading communication to Engineers as required and ensuring maintenance of proactive communication with the head office administration team particularly where issues may be encountered (e.g. delays in attending appointments).
• Upholding the standards of the Company, personally and team, in every aspect including quality of work, personal performance, appearance and behaviour.

Required experience:

• A Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Must have experience overseeing installations on MDUs (essential)
• Must be IT Literate (essential)
• Relevant PIA accreditations (preferred)
• Previous experience working as a Supervisor or Lead Engineer
