I have been working in recruitment since 2019 and have covered various sectors within infrastructure including highways, water, and telecoms. I believe working at Fyba in such an exciting and booming market like telecoms, is proving to be a great career move for me, with lots of long-term opportunities.

Whilst not at work I like to fill my free time by playing golf, watching football including my own team Liverpool which has been a more pleasurable experience in recent years, and keeping fit by running.

Focus at Fyba:

I primarily focus on delivery for several of our major accounts with higher volume recruitment requirements. Sector focus; Fibre Telecoms, Mobile Telecoms, EV Infrastructire, Technical Sales, Shared services.

Outside of work I’m a keen footballer and I like to spend most weekends either playing or watching the football (Normally with a beer in hand). I enjoy spending time with friends and family and can be very easily persuaded into a Nando’s or two…

Talent Coordinator

Recruitment was a fresh start for me after trying a few different industries and it has been an excellent experience so far. It has shown me that I have certain skills that I never knew I was capable of and it has proven to be one of the best decisions to join this industry.

The main reason why this career change has started so positively is due to the team I work with at Fyba, they have made it incredibly easy for me to settle in and everyone was so supportive from day one. I can see massive potential at Fyba and the growth the company has shown in the last couple of years is exciting.

Whilst not at work I play semi-professional football and I enjoy being really bad at golf.

Focus at Fyba:

I primarily focus on delivery for several of our major accounts with higher volume recruitment requirements. Sector focus; Technical Sales, EV Infrastructure, Renewables, Solar & Mechanical & Electrical.

I spent 6 years working as a sports therapist until June 2023 for Havant and Waterlooville FC alongside other various roles at the NHS, and Havant and South Downs College. Although I enjoyed my time as a sports therapist I decided I needed a career change and to be in an idustry that could match my ambition and felt I had a lot of transferrable skills to head into a career in Recruitment.

After speaking to the guys at Fyba Talent, I saw the vision and enthusiasm within the team and it was something I immediately wanted to be a part of. The long team goals are endless and I am excited to where this opportunity takes me.

I spend my free time socialising and watching my favourite sports; football, golf and American football.

Focus at Fyba:

As a member of the Talent Coordinator team I focus on working with candidates to secure their next roles across a number of sectors and locations. Sector focus; Fibre Telecoms, Mobile Telecoms, Technical Sales, Shared services.
