Project Coordinator

The Role
The Project Coordinator role will be supporting the supervisor with project progress. You will be acting as the single point of contact for the contract that you are supporting. You will liaise with the client on changes to the project build. You will assess SLD’s and update the internal systems according. You will need to build strong relationships with the team that are working on the project. You will have client responsibility including on-going client interaction, time management and task management.
Key responsibilities
- Delivering the requirements and answering any queries from our customers
- Ensuring all engineers are organised and provided with the relevant site access and job packs for jobs they have been allocated
- Taking responsibility for coordinating resources to enable installation targets and customer commitments to be met
- Tracking project data and keeping customers up to date
- Dealing with Purchase Orders and Invoicing
- Taking responsibility for the hiring of equipment as / when necessary
- Continuous update of operational databases and spreadsheets
- Ensuring activities meet and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies, and general duty of care
- Maintaining good customer relations through provision of information
- Arranging and participating in meetings and project team activities as requested
- Provision of information to enable accurate and timely invoicing to customers

You have project coordination experience gained in the telecom industry. You are able to pick up new software programs and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and resources in a dynamic environment and orgainse complex information. You prosses initiative with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Due to the nature of this role a full driving license and access to a vehicle is necessary as you will be expected to travel between the company’s head office in Hertfordshire and the Operations office in Gillingham, Kent.
This role will be based out of our Sarratt, Hertfordshire office.
